We provide a detailed schedule on how our students progress from beginner to expert over their time with us.
6 - 12 months
Beginner Lessons
We use a four-part book series that covers all the fundamentals of piano, ensuring students are prepared to advance to higher grades or play for their own enjoyment. We also encourage them to explore additional pieces outside of the course to help them recognize the benefits of their learning!
6-12 months
Grade 1
Grade 1 marks the initial transition from a beginner to a proficient piano player. Our goal is to smoothly guide students from the beginner stage to Grade 1, ensuring they feel comfortable and not overwhelmed as they embark on this new level.
12 - 24 months
Grade 2+
We aim to complete one grade level each year, ensuring that students have the opportunity to fully grasp the material. This approach allows additional time for those who need focus on mastering specific sections, fostering a deeper understanding and promoting musical success.
